The Concept and Theme behind establishing NGO
Many people among us are born and studied in rural village area and established and living high profile life in the cities. They use to think and say about their current status with great pride and pride that they have a wealth and they say that they are in a high position. But the question arises that how many people are there from us of the society, who born and arised from the village and we have migrated and settled from villages to the cities? How many people from us produce motivations and Burning Desires in village and in school children that they are born and brought-up in rural areas and now they are in better and good status in the society and living high profile life in cities?
I thought in this concept and after discussing with my associates we have analyzed and decided to do some work for welfare and development our native rural area by contributing our time, knowledge, skills, status and resources. After that under this theme we have decided to work for our area. I and my associates have been motivating and working the children of the village for the last two decades. I, my family members and my associates used to do social work and contribution at our own resources. I use to visit in the schools and I motivate the children of our area. The target can be up to a limitation, and if a small percentage out of the total students and youth become agree to follow the path and parameters of the success then they will definitely get success in their life.
We have been working on development of social service sector, development of education in the region through our group for the past two decades. During the social work task I and my associates found that there is the requirement to do the development of our area in more managed way. So I and my colleagues decided to to register the NGO “Save Our Earth Foundation”. The NGO is formed with the same concept of development of our region and through this, we are delicately working for welfare and development of our area and education in the region and the region. We have expanded our working area in other part of Rajasthan and in other states of India. Now we are motivating other to follow this concept to work for the welfare and development of our native rural and backward urban area from where we have started our life and achieved well status at present time.
As a motivational speaker and life coach I am continuously making aware to the like minded people, officers, political personalities, businessmen, teachers, social change makers, youth and students and motivate towards the welfare of other initially with our own resources and after that in more organized way, as we are doing to forming and working through the NGO.
Inspirational Life History of Deep Ram Mahawar
Deep Ram Mahawar himself was born in extreme poverty in a small village. He has achieved and reached this stage today just by working hard. When Deep Ram was four years old, his mother passed away. His father used to work as a laborer. He completed his schooling in the village. Along with study he earned for his study and other expenses by tailoring work. He worked hard and at that time he cleared PET without any coaching. He had completed the B.Tech (Computer Engineering) degree from MNIT, Jaipur through teaching the children and giving tuition to them. He says, “I am not tired, nor am I lost, nor have I given up, I hope and hope will change one day”. With this enthusiasm, he has a complete plan ready. What he use to inspire and motivate to others and other children it can be practically seen in his own family. His says to his children that I CAN THAN U CAN. According to him, there is a lot of power in this short sentence. The only purpose of his life is to create a burning desire among children and to bring positive thinking in people.
Deep Ram Mahawar does not have any bad habits – like alcohol, bidi, cigarette, tobacco, non-veg, gutka etc. He has contributed his resources in a positive direction, for service of the society and rural native of our country. Many people are addicted to money and resources and they use to say that they are intoxicated in the service of society and country. He wants to tell the same thing to the people of the society. According to him, in his mission and vision, his better-half fully Pushpa supports him and his colleagues also support him. After marriage, he also inspired his wife Pushpa. She received B.Ed and M.A. and she got it done and due to her hard work and dedication and motivation of his husband Deep Ram Mahawar she is a teacher today.
Deep Ram Mahawar believes in living a simple life. His house is simple and he does not even have a four wheeler. According to him – “I think my society and country need more, if I took a loan and put a few lakh rupees in the house and bought a car, then I would not be able to do anything for the society and the country. In the current year I have spent more than two lakh rupees in various social programs and have given my written Motivation Book of cost more than fifty thousand rupees free in India.”
He says, “My life has only one purpose. What I have not been able to do for any reason, I want all the children of my society, of my country to do it and I have dedicated my whole life for this. People must have a burning desire to to. I just want the blessings of good people like you.”
Everyone in his family celebrates their birthday and wedding anniversary with poor, orphaned and mentally retarded children. Even during normal days, he keeps visiting orphanages and orphans of the mentally retarded children. They teach poor children for free and sometimes. Also provide reading material. On such auspicious occasion, they also give fruits, sweets boxes and clothes to the household workers, house cleaners and other helpers who come at work at their home.
What he says and inspires to others can also be seen practically applied with his own family members. Due to his inspiration, his beloved and little daughter Rani Bhoomika Deep Mahawar achieved and resulted in 93.8% in X CBSE. With her hard work and dedication, blessings of elders and motivation of her father she achieved the best result.
Her elder daughter came first in the XII Math Science in Tonk district, Rajasthan with 94% in 2017, She cleared IIT without any coaching and tuition. She is currently studying in the seventh semester (electrical engineering) at IIT College. What he says. “How did this happen? Because I think, Motivation is very very powerful tool which can do everything.”
His words are, “I just request the people of the society to get my free Motivational Speech, Seminar, Workshop done as much as possible to make some changes. One can see the fees of a famous Motivator on the net for 5 hours, 20 thousand rupees for a member. See how much it is if they sit a thousand people together. Whereas I give Motivational Speech, Seminar, Workshop for free.”
He has worked very hard to prepare a book for the children, how to read, how to achieve success, has shared the struggle story of great people etc. Topics. He gives this book to children for free.

He says. “I always say if anyone wants to do something for our community and society than we must concentrate our whole and entire energy to educate and motivate our community and society.”

दीप राम महावर की प्रेरणास्पद जीवनगाथा
दीप राम महावर खुद एक छोटे से गांव में घोर गरीबी में पैदा हुए. वह मेहनत मजदूरी करके जैसे तैसे आज इस मुकाम पहुंचे हैं. दीप राम जब चार साल के थे तो उनकी माताजी का स्वर्गवास हो गया. उनके पिताजी मजदूरी करते थे. उन्होंने स्कूल की पढ़ाई गांव में सिलाई, मेहनत मजदूरी करके की और उस समय उन्होंने बिना किसी कोचिंग के पी ई टी क्लियर किया व एमएनआईटी, जयपुर से बी.टेक. (कंप्यूटर इंजीनियरिंग) बच्चों को ट्यूशन पढ़ाकर की. वह कहते हैं, “मैं थका नहीं हूं, ना ही मैं हारा हूं, ना ही मैंने हिम्मत छोड़ी है, मुझे पूरी उम्मीद और आशा एक दिन बदलाव जरुर आएगा”. इसी उत्साह के साथ उनके पास पूरा प्लान तैयार है. यही उन्होंने अपने बच्चों से कहा “मैं कर सकता हूँ तो आप भी कर सकते हैं”. उनके अनुसार इस छोटे से वाक्य में बहुत शक्ति है. उनके अनुसार उनके जीवन का एक मात्र उद्देश्य है बच्चों में बर्निंग डिजायर (ज्वलंत इच्छाशक्ति) पैदा करना और लोगों में सकारात्मक सोच लाना.
दीप राम महावर में किसी भी प्रकार की बुरी आदतें नहीं है – जैसे शराब, बीड़ी, सिगरेट, तंबाकू, नॉनवेज, गुटका आदि. उन्होंने अपने संसाधनों को सकारात्मक दिशा में लगाया है, समाज और देश सेवा में. कई लोगों को धन व संसाधनों का नशा होता है और उनका कहना है उनको समाज व देश की सेवा में करने में नशा होता है. यही बात वह समाज के लोगों को बताना चाहते है. उनके अनुसार उनके मिशन और विजन में उनकी धर्म पत्नी पूरी तरह उनका साथ देती हैं और सहयोगी लोग भी साथ देते हैं. शादी के बाद उन्होंने धर्मपत्नी को भी प्रेरित किया. उनको बी. एड. और एम.ए. करवाया और उनकी मेहनत व लगन से आज वे भी अध्यापिका है.
वह सादा जीवन जीने में विश्वास करते है. उनका घर एकदम साधारण है और उनके पास कोई फोर व्हीलर भी नहीं है. उनके अनुसार – “मुझे लगता मेरी समाज और देश को ज्यादा जरूरत है, यदि मैंने लोन लेकर कुछ लाख रूपए मकान में लगा दिए और कार खरीद लीहोती तो मैं समाज और देश के लिए कुछ नहीं कर पाता.” ” वह कहते हैं, ” इस वित्त वर्ष में मैं दो लाख रुपए से ज्यादा खर्च कर चुका हूं विभिन्न सामाजिक कार्यक्रमों में और पचास हजार रुपए से अधिक की मेरी लिखी हुई मोटिवेशन बुक पूरे भारत में निशुल्क दे चुका हूं.”
उनका कहना है, “मेरी जिंदगी का एक ही मकसद है. मैं किसी कारणवश जो नहीं कर पाया. मैं चाहता हूं मेरे समाज, मेरे देश के सभी बच्चे करें और मैंने अपनी पूरी जिंदगी इसके लिए समर्पित कर दी है. लोगों में बर्निंग डिजायर पैदा करनी है. मुझे बस आप जैसे अच्छे लोगों का आशीर्वाद चाहिए.”
उनके परिवार के सभी लोग अपना जन्मदिन व शादी कि सालगिरह गरीब, अनाथ व मंद बुद्धि बच्चों के साथ मनाते हैं तथा आम दिनों में भी अनाथ आश्रम व मंद बुद्धि बच्चों के आश्रम भी जाते रहते हैं और वे गरीब बच्चो को निशुल्क पढ़ाते हैं और कभी कभी पठन सामग्री भी देते हैं. वे ऐसे शुभ अवसर पर सफाई वाली, झाडू-पौंछा वाली और कपड़े धोने वाली को भी फल, मिठाई का डिब्बा और कपड़े भी देते हैं.
वे जो कहते है और दूसरों को प्रेरणा देते है वह उनके घर-परिवार के सदस्यों में भी में देखी जा सकटी है. उनकी प्रेरणा से ही उनकी प्यारी और लाडली छोटी बिटिया रानी भूमिका दीप महावर X सीबीएसई का परिणाम 93.8% रहा. उसकी मेहनत और लगन से व आपके आशीर्वाद से उसने श्रेष्ठ परिणाम अर्जित किया.
उनकी बड़ी बेटी 2017 में टोंक जिले में XII मैथ्स साइंस में 94% से प्रथम स्थान पर आईं और बिना किसी कोचिंग व ट्यूशन के आईआईटी क्लियर किया. अभी वो आईआईटी कॉलेज में सेवेंथ सेमेस्टर (इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियरिंग) में अध्ययनरत है. वह कहते है, “यह कैसे संभव हुआ? क्योंकि मुझे लगता है, प्रेरणा बहुत शक्तिशाली उपकरण है जो सब कुछ कर सकता है.”
उनके शब्द है, “बस समाज के लोगों से एक ही निवेदन करता हूं कि मेरे निशुल्क मोटिवेशन स्पीच, सेमिनार, वर्कशॉप अधिक से अधिक करवाएं जिससे कुछ बदलाव आ सके. कोई फेमस मोटीवेटर की फीस नेट पर देख सकते हैं वो एक घंटे की 5 से 20 हजार रूपए एक सदस्य की लेते हैं, देखिए यदि उन्होंने एक हज़ार लोग एक साथ बैठाए तो कितना हो गया. जबकि मैं मोटिवेशन स्पीच, सेमिनार, वर्कशॉप निशुल्क देता हूं.”
उन्होंने बहुत मेहनत करके बच्चों के लिए एक बुक तैयार की है, कैसे पढ़ना है, सफलता कैसे प्राप्त करनी है, महान लोगों की संघर्ष भरी कहानी शेयर की है आदि टॉपिक्स है. यह पुस्तक वह बच्चों को निशुल्क देते है.
उनके सभी विडियो और लेख विशेषकर विद्यार्थियों और पैरेंट्स के लिए बहुत ही उपयोगी हुए हैं और हो सकते हैं.
वे हमेशा कहते है, “अगर कोई हमारे समुदाय और समाज के लिए कुछ करना चाहता है, तो हमें अपने समुदाय और समाज को शिक्षित और प्रेरित करने के लिए अपनी पूरी और पूरी ऊर्जा केंद्रित करनी चाहिए.”
उनके अनुसार, “मैं इस समाज और देश में बदलाव के लिए एक छोटा सा प्रयास कर रहा हूं. आपसे सहयोग की अपेक्षा है”
